Why don't the Titans throw to Randy Moss?

He is their best receiver, they went out and picked him up off waivers, and he has been behaving for them. Why is he only being targeted 2-3 times a game. All of you Moss haters (and there are many of you) need to get off his nutz, it is not his fault his teams have been losing, and he is not "taking plays off". He is simply not getting any looks, and it makes no sense. They should have at least 6 plays a game where he is the intended receiver before the ball is snapped. You have to let your playmakers make plays, Moss can't help the team win if you don't put the ball in his hands. If I were Moss, I'd be pissed. 2nd best WR of all time, getting 3 targets a game (and being overthrown by a mile, etc.). This has been going on all year, how can people blame him for a bad year when his teams refuse to put the ball in his hands. He is not on the team to be a role model, he is playing the game because he is damn good at catching .
