What transformer toy can change into the most forms?

I know there are the triple changers that can change into 3 things, but I remember a commercial from back in the day for a transformer that could change into like somewhere between 5 and 12 different things, I can't remember the specific number. Does anybody know the name of this transformer? It's been bugging me for a very long time.
