No till food plots?

several year ago I had some land cleared off. now that the brush piles have been burned off there are areas that gr will not grow.what can I plant in those areas that will grow for the deer to eat ? I dont have the machinery to to plow up or disc.Is there any no till food plots seeds out there that will really work ?
