Have you ever pierced your own belly on?

I want to pierce my belly on. I know the risks and why i shouldn't do it on my own but it's my choice and im still thinking about whether i should do it or not because it's slot of people i know that did and it never got infecected but anyway after you pierce it how do u clean it wih anti bacterial soap? so you mix it with water and clean it with a cotton swap/cotton ball? or do you just pour it on there? also if it starts looking infected do i just take it out and let it heal or what i know ur suppose to take it out but what else?
