Psp go questions please answer this questions?

i mean its like this:right the psp 1000 can play the games you downloaded in the net using the winrar and puting the game in the desktop so it can be played right,so is a psp go need winrar too and pasting the game in the desktop so you can play it in the psp go? this is my second question:can a psp go play downloaded games in the net plllllllllllllllllsssssssss answer this question
