What does this disturbing dream mean?

Here it is: I'm just walking through snowy woods with my friends just talking. Then they just walk in different directions away from me. I just keep walking when (I actually could feel it) my stomach starts to hurt like CRAZY! I go running in search of help, and I can't find anybody. Then I come across a small building that is no larger than a shed. It was very clean looking and safe so I go in. I go in, and sit down on the tile. It was tile flooring and plain white walls. Nobody is around, and-here comes the disturbing part- I give birth to a baby. I hold him while my inner thighs and 'down there' is bloody. He is too and his dark eyes are open, he has a full head of dark hair, he is not skinny and not chubby. He looks like he could p as my child. Anyway, he looks up at me and smiles. Then I wake up. But this scared me because i'm 13 O.o and still a virgin! What could it mean?
