What does " he is practically a force of nature " mean ?

hi there . im an English-to-Persian translator and recently i have translated an autobiography book about a popular musician . at the very beginning of the book you will read " he is practically a force of nature . not only has he sold 20 million album worldwide , he entertain people with his concerts held in .. and ... " .ow the question is that what force of nature means ? does it have a positive impression on the reader or not ?
