Seafoam causing smoke two months after use?

I seafoamed my 351 bronco a few months ago with no visible results (white smoke under throttle), now whenever i get on it, it smokes a significant amount. Im hoping this is the seafoam, but i did a dixie tune up and hit 90 today without seeing any smoke so maybe the problem went away? i can be wishful....
