What can I add to Latex Paint to make it adhere better?

When I paint steel barrels I clean and wire brush them and wipe off any dust or dirt. The paint will NOT adhere well for more than 3-4 months. The paint will blister, peel and chip easily. I have to repaint every year. I need something to add for better adherence. I know a few years ago there was a additive available thru the Paint Stores, but today no one seems to know about any additives. PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU

Definitely talk to your supervisor, I am uming that one of the people who interviewed you is now your current supervisor? If so that would be easier. Tell him/her that you have gotten down what you have been doing the past 2 months and are ready for more ignments related to x and y (whatever you guys talked about in the interview). I know you are frustrated but give them a chance to explain themselves. It could be that your boss just didnt have time to train you on something they wanted you to do, and this will give them the gentle push they need. What things they were thinking for you might be a surprise to you (in a good way).

What should I do with this delimma. I may have "killed" a friend by making him laugh too much in the hospital?

A friend of mine visited a mutual friend who was in the hospital recovering from a heart attack (he was only 42..I am 32) and when I asked how he was he said he could use a laugh, you should go cheer him up...I am kind of known for my jokes with my buds...so I went to see him and was hangin just seeing how he was and I could tell he was down in the dumps so i started telling a few jokes I had recently heard and he seemed really happy and was laughing, then he really cracked up when I told this stupid guy in a bar with a penguin joke and then he went into cardiac arrest and they never could revive him. His Mom is really pissed at me and I feel horrible myself...i wish i would have never gone to see him so he would still be alive. I really want to go to the funeral but I know I am not welcome by his mom...I have tried calling her several times to tell her how sorry i am but well she thinks i killed her son so she hates my guts is a nice way to put it. Should i skip any thought of the funeral? Any ideas on how I can make it up to his mom??

Should the GAA becmome professional?

The GAA (Gaelic Athletic occiation) is in control of Gaelic Games in Ireland. The organization practices mainly gaelic football and hurling. I've seen many many games online of both sports and can see that the skills of the players is the equivalent to that of professional sport stars. Do you think the GAA should become professional?
