Why do pro-life religious people get to dictate a health care bill that affects millions of people?

Bart Stupak ... what the hell? Why does this guy get to dictate EVERYTHING about the health care bill just because he's against abortion? Abortion is LEGAL in this country and has been for a long time, when are these people going to understand this?
