What should I do about my lab partner? Without causing a scene?

Chronic fatigue syndrome isn't an excuse for such rude behavior. Hell, I have insomnia and I go to law school. I'm constantly tired, but that doesn't stop me from being polite and courteous to my friends and peers. You should definitely talk about your situation with the TA because it doesn't look like talking with the guy is going to resolve the situation and this guy may end up sabotaging your clwork and overall grade. Don't let him push you around and give you the brunt of the work while he slacks off, studying for other cles.
