After considering these FACTS Is it logical that life happen by chance?

Yes, it is logical. There are hundreds of millions of galaxies in the universe, each with around 1 billion stars. Of course there are a few pockets that can support life. It just seems like a miracle when you are sitting in one of the pockets. No reason to ume god did anything.
