What neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is this?

Hard to say for sure, but from the way the Mellon Bank Center appears to the left of Liberty Place, I would say that this is somewhere south east of City Hall - maybe around Columbus Boulevard near Delaware Avenue.
