More good prog bands?

Might be a bit of a stretch, but I highly recommend the mid- late 70's jazz fusion era groups like Weather Report, Pat Metheny, Chick Corea/ Return to Forever, Tony Williams Lifetime, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Jaco Pastorius, etc.
