Can a devout Muslim be a capitalist/ materialist? What % of your wealth is for poor? More income>more charity

How can anybody be a capitalist without interest--therefore the Muslims remain poor and blame the West for THEIR OWN FAULTS!This is like the guy who shot his parents and bemoaned that he was an orphan!
